This course is to review various theories of policy analysis and to develop the analytic framework explaining aspects of policy formation, procedure, implementation and evaluation. Also, social policy developed to solve the current problems would be analyzed in respect with allocation, provision, fiance, delivery system. This course provides students with the opportunity to apply analytic framework to the Korean social welfare policies. | |
